Surface Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Surface Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all surface operations within the company, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and production goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure adherence to safety standards and production schedules.
• Manage team of operators to achieve operational excellence and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and up-to-date with necessary certifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in oilfield operations.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
