Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervises the operations of multiple concession stands or premium spaces, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.
- Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs.
- Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
- Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
- Follows all payment integrity / cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
- Processes refunds and guest recovery actions as needed; escalates to management where appropriate.
- Makes assignments to any stand, section, or premium space depending on business needs.
- Trains, coaches, and assists other hourly team members in stand specific functions, company policies & standards, and safety/hygiene standards.
- Completes maintenance logs / requests as needed.
- Serves as check-point for stand leads at beginning / end of shift.
- Checks in/out with management each shift.
- Maintain and abide by ServSafe Food Manager and Alcohol certifications.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Food safety certification (ServSafe).
