  • Direct Support Professionals support people with disabilities in their homes by providing assistance to allow people to live more independently, achieve their personal goals, and assist with their daily needs.
  • Lead Direct Support Professionals provide direct care while also assisting supervisors with administrative tasks and helping with day-to-day operations. They help train and mentor new DSPs, creating a supportive and efficient team environment.
  • Supported Living Supervisors train and lead teams of Direct Support Professionals, assisting with the day-to-day operations of a 24-hour home and ensuring the health and safety of members served.

  • Starting wage: For entry-level direct support professionals, our starting wage is currently $15.25 an hour. An applicant’s experience, education, and placement are some factors that determine their starting wage upon being hired.
  • Driver’s License: We prefer hiring those with a valid license and a clean driving record but are also open to considering candidates without a driver’s license.
  • Retirement Plan: We believe in investing in you. Currently, our 401(K) retirement plan is open to all staff. Our plan comes with up to 4% company match.
