Supported Living Supervisor

About the role

Supports individuals with disabilities and mental health needs in Eastern Iowa through supported living services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities and routines of individuals in supported living environments.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding care and safety.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and their families.
• Coordinate with other service providers to ensure comprehensive support.
• Document and report on individual progress and needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (social work, psychology, etc.) or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
