Qualifications

• At least 1-year experience as a support worker
• Proficiency in English
• Rights to work in Australia
• National Police Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children (WWC) Check

Application Process

If you meet the above criteria and have completed the required screening checks, follow these steps to apply:

1. Submit your application here
2. We will conduct initial screenings based on your qualifications and documents
3. If you pass the initial screenings, you will be invited to an initial phone interview
4. During the phone interview, we will inquire about your previous support worker experience, your availability to work with us, and your preferred date and time for the Client Interview
5. If you successfully pass the phone interview and document verification, we will arrange a client interview, serving as the second and final interview in the application process
