About the role

Responsibilities
- Comfortable with personal care and community access shifts
- Reliable car + clean licence preferred
- A consistent roster in our SDA home, working with two long-term residents
- The kind of role where you become part of the household, not a rotating face
- Six months minimum SDA / SIL experience
- Comfortable with hoist transfers + PEG support
- Genuine interest in long-term keyworker role
- Lead from the floor. Mentor casuals, hold the clinical line, sit in on operational decisions
- Real seat at the table, not a token title
- Three years plus in disability support, supervisory experience
- Strong on clinical handovers, incident response, family communication
- Operational input expected
Requirements
