Support Worker

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll work alongside Case Managers to support children and families, helping them build healthy relationships and strong foundations.

• Teach life skills like handling emotions, healthy communication, and conflict resolution.
• Help connect families to resources and create plans to improve their lives.
• Be a positive influence by building relationships and advocating for kids and their families.

Responsibilities

• Work with children and families to develop and implement support plans.
• Teach essential life skills, including emotional regulation, communication, and conflict resolution.
• Connect families with community resources and services.
• Advocate for the needs of children and families.
• Maintain a positive and supportive attitude in challenging situations.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent, or an Associate degree in Human Services.
• 2 years of previous work experience with children and families.
• A willingness to learn—training will be provided.

Pay

Average hourly rate is $16.63 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.).
