We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule maybe. Must include only sections with real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, navigation, application instructions (like "click Apply", contact email). Must preserve substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Location: Forest Hall, NE12. - Part Time (30hrs per week) Support Worker. - Specific experience supporting individuals with Schizophrenia, Autism, self-harm, depression and anxiety, drugs and alcohol problems. - Shifts: Staffing shifts are Nights - 10am till 8pm (10 hour shifts, 3 Nights per week). Wait "Nights - 10am till 8pm" sounds day shift? but they call Nights? Anyway it's shift details: 10am-8pm, 10 hour shifts, 3 nights per week. - Benefits & USP’s: list: - £13.12 per Hour - Work doing the things you enjoy, meaning work never feels like work - Work for a multi award-winning Charity that invests all it profits right back into the people we support, our workforce and our local communities - Managed by supportive leaders - 28 Days annual leave inclusive of statutory bank holidays (for full time, part time is worked out on a pro-rata basis) - Pension Scheme - No uniform - we wear our casual clothes - Flexible Working Hours & Shift patterns - We will pay for your DBS - Based in one location, so no need to be a car driver - Guaranteed & Contracted Hours - Spend your whole shift with the person you support, making the biggest impact on their lives - Shopping Discounts Scheme - Ongoing continued professional development and progression opportunities - Recommend a Friend Bonus scheme - Financial Hardship Fund - Investment in your wellbeing - About the organization: Community Integrated Care description. - Responsibilities: list of duties under "What You'll Be Doing". Many bullet points. - Requirements: "What essential skills and experience is needed for the role?" includes values, personal attributes: patience, empathy, compassion, sensitivity, strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, determination, problem solver, resilience. Also mention "Naturally It Is Important Too That You Share Our Company Values - We Include; We Deliver; We Aspire; We Respect; We Enable". Also mention experience with specific conditions. - Pay: £13.12 per Hour. - Schedule: Part Time 30hrs per week, shifts: 10am-8pm, 10 hour shifts, 3 Nights per week. We need sections: About the role (maybe overview), Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not needed. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Support Worker". Use h3 for each section heading. We must use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So remove lines about "click Apply", contact email, "A Place I belong", etc. Also remove the long description about Community Integrated Care? That is substantive about organization; maybe we can keep as part of About the role? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the description of the charity as part of About the role (maybe). However we must remove duplicated lines and boilerplate like "Community Integrated Care is an Equal Opportunities and Disability Confident employer." That's EEO boilerplate; should remove. Also remove "We’re really proud to be a Hive HR Employee Voice Certified organisation..." etc. That's also boilerplate. Remove "In our 2025 Colleague Engagement Survey..." etc. Also remove "Should you require any adjustments during the recruitment process..." etc. Also remove "A Place I belong" section. Also remove "If you have read this advert and feel like it’s exactly the role..." etc (application instructions). Also remove "Please click 'Apply'..." etc. Also remove contact email for recruitment specialist? That's application instruction; remove. Also remove "If you are interested in learning more about the role before submitting your application, please feel free to contact our recruitment specialist..." remove. Thus we keep: - Overview: location, part-time, shifts, pay, benefits list, responsibilities list, requirements list, organization description (maybe as About the role). But we must not duplicate content. We need to decide sections: - About the role: could include location, part-time, shift pattern, pay, maybe brief description of service and organization. But we also have separate Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Pay and Schedule into one section? But they said include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Pay and Schedule are specific. Could combine them into "Pay & Schedule" but they said use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we could have separate Pay and Schedule sections if we want, but they prefer few sections. However we must include sections only when there is real specific content. We have both Pay and Schedule content, so we could include both. But we could also combine them into one section called "Pay & Schedule" but that's not one of the prescribed headings; they gave examples but not strict? They said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those exact headings. It's okay to have both Pay and Schedule sections. We must not include Qualifications or Skills unless content. We have Requirements (skills/experience). Could use Requirements heading. We have Benefits list. We have Responsibilities list. We have About the role: could include location, service description, organization overview. Thus final HTML:

    Pay

    £13.12 per hour.

    Schedule

Part‑time, 30 hours per week. Shifts: 10am–8pm (10‑hour shifts), 3 nights per week.

Check duplication: Benefits already includes £13.12 per hour; Pay repeats it. Might be redundant but we must preserve all substantive info; the posting states pay in Benefits & USP’s list. It's okay to have both but maybe we should avoid duplication? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is not prohibited but could be considered redundant. However we could keep Pay section with the same info; it's still substantive. But maybe better to not duplicate and instead have Pay section referencing the same info? However the posting includes pay in Benefits list; we could keep Benefits list includes pay, and we could still have Pay section but it's duplicate. Might be okay but could be seen as unnecessary. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having both Benefits and Pay separate might be thin. But we could merge Pay into Benefits and omit separate Pay section. However they said include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Pay is specific content; we could keep it but we could also incorporate it into Benefits and not have separate Pay. But then we would not have a Pay section, which is okay if we don't have separate heading. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could omit Pay section and keep pay inside Benefits. Similarly Schedule could be included in About the role or Benefits? Schedule is specific; we could keep Schedule section. Thus we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Schedule. That's fewer sections. But we need to ensure we include all substantive info: pay is inside Benefits list; schedule is separate. Let's craft About the role to include location, part-time, shift pattern, pay maybe? But we said we will keep schedule separate. We could include pay in About the role as well but that duplicates. Better to keep pay in Benefits list only. Thus About the role: location, part-time, service description, organization overview. Responsibilities: list. Requirements: list. Benefits: list including pay and other benefits. Schedule: part-time hours and shift details. Check that we haven't omitted any substantive info: The posting also mentions "Work doing the things you enjoy, meaning
