About This Role
Support Worker roles at Azan Care focus on enabling adults to live as independently as possible. You will follow person-centred care plans, build trusting relationships, and work closely with families and health professionals across residential and community settings.

What we look for
- You already live in the UK — we do not recruit from overseas
- You need a Certificate of Sponsorship, or you already have the right to work here
- Experience supporting adults (older people, disability, or mental health) is preferred
- Ability to follow person-centred plans and encourage independence
- Clear, kind communication with the people we support, families, and colleagues
- Willing to complete a DBS check and mandatory training
- Available for a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts
