About the role
Provide in-home and community care to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living tasks such as housekeeping, meal prep, personal care, and hygiene.
- Support employment and help plan and organize client schedules.
- Transport clients to appointments and run errands as needed.
- Maintain daily documentation and report in electronic health systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping, nutrition, and safety protocols.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and dependability.
- Proficiency with EHR systems or willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
Additional Information
- Entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.
- Flexible schedules with paid training in CPR, first aid, medication administration, and safety.
