Direct Support Professional/Group Home

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll empower individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) by supporting their daily living tasks and achieving their goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in the home and community
• Aid with housekeeping, meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning
• Support personal care such as bathing and dressing
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands
• Plan and organize schedules
• Document and report in the electronic health system of record

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic housekeeping, nutrition, and safety protocols knowledge
• Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and dependability
• Proficiency with EHR systems or willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance

Qualifications

• Entry-level, on-the-job training provided

Full-time: Wednesday from 4pm till Saturday at 8am. Total weekly hours: 40
