Direct Support Professional / Group Home

Your Role in Our Mission

• Provide care in the home of the individual and the community they live in
• Aid with everyday tasks including housekeeping, meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning
• Assist with personal care such as bathing and dressing
• Support employment activities
• Transport the client to appointments and run errands
• Help plan and organize their schedule
• Document and report daily in the electronic health system of record

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Entry-level, on-the-job training provided
• Education: High school diploma or GED required
• Knowledge: Basic housekeeping, basic nutrition, and safety protocols
• Skills: Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and dependability are essential
• Technology: Proficiency with EHR systems or ability to learn quickly
• Transportation: Reliable transportation and current auto insurance required
