Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts weekly to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
  • Monitor performance during the shift, take corrective actions as needed, and ensure safety and security.
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
  • Meet targets during your shift and assist in meeting departmental goals.
  • Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and food safety.
  • Manage crew effectively and train new employees.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
  • A positive attitude and a flexible schedule.
  • A passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
