Responsibilities
- Lead shifts weekly to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Monitor performance during the shift, take corrective actions as needed, and ensure safety and security.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
- Meet targets during your shift and assist in meeting departmental goals.
- Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and food safety.
- Manage crew effectively and train new employees.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- A positive attitude and a flexible schedule.
- A passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
