Requirements
- Manages shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
- Provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Maintains safety, security, and profitability during the shift.
- Communicates with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
- May be responsible for meeting targets and helping departments meet their goals.
- Ensures food safety, manages inventory, performs daily maintenance and cleanliness, and oversees quality food production.
- Exhibits exceptional customer service.
- Ensures safety and security.
- Schedules staff.
- Trains crew members.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun.
- Must be 18 years old to manage in corporate-owned restaurants.
