Requirements

• Manages shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Maintains safety, security, and profitability during the shift.
• Communicates with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
• May be responsible for meeting targets and helping departments meet their goals.
• Ensures food safety, manages inventory, performs daily maintenance and cleanliness, and oversees quality food production.
• Exhibits exceptional customer service.
• Ensures safety and security.
• Schedules staff.
• Trains crew members.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun.
• Must be 18 years old to manage in corporate-owned restaurants.
