Requirements

Manages shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.

Provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.

• Maintains safety and security during shifts.
• Communicates with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
• Meets targets during shifts and helps assigned Departments meet their goals.

Qualifications

Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment is preferred.

Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.

Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
