About the role

The job is for a Shift Manager position in a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Monitor performance during the shift, take corrective actions as needed, and ensure safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
• Meet targets during their shift and assist in meeting Department goals.
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Ensure food safety and quality production.
• Handle internal communication and customer service.
• Manage crew effectively.
• Perform scheduling and training duties.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A flexible schedule and the ability to work in a dynamic, energetic setting.
