Support Care Professional Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates individual habilitation or treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervises and works on floor with direct care staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience/Educational Requirements

• Graduation from a standard four-year high school or equivalent (GED/Transcripts); AND 3-5+ years of direct care experience with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• A standard high school Diploma or transcript from an accredited four year high school or a state issued G.E.D. equivalent transcript.
• Community home staff must be eligible to drive a State vehicle once employed.
• A valid MS Driver License, or license from a contiguous state, is required to work at the community homes.
