About the role
This Position is for a Support Care Professional Team Lead with an agency location in Gautier MS.
Responsibilities
- Semi-skilled level work in the care and supervision of clients at a mental state health facility.
- First-level supervisory position accountable for professional program planning and management for a treatment sub-unit or multiple residential locations.
- Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates individual habilitation or treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Supervises and works on floor with direct care staff.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduation from a standard four-year high school or equivalent (GED).
- 3-5+ years of direct care experience with a minimum of 1 years of supervisory experience.
