The Support Care Professional Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of support care professionals. This position requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of support care practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of support care teams
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and policies
• Train and mentor support care professionals
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless support care delivery
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Manage staff schedules and resources
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback

Requirements

• No experience required
• Must possess a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) designation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Completion of a CNA course
