Role Overview
Support Tech role providing administrative, customer intake, customer service, and operational support in a fast-paced, highly multitasked environment. Supports day-to-day office operations, manages high volumes of emails, phone calls, customer requests, and administrative transactions while maintaining strong attention to detail. Position is being filled to replace departing support resources and provide ongoing operational support.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize customer intake, phone inquiries, email correspondence, and customer service requests in a busy office environment.
- Coordinate multiple administrative tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
- Gather, track, verify, and maintain records, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Utilize Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other administrative systems to support business operations.
- Research information, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations for team and management use.
- Serve as a liaison between customers, employees, and internal departments while providing professional customer support.
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
- High school diploma or GED.
- 4+ years of experience in advanced administrative positions or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4+ years of experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or similar computer applications.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of specialized administrative functions and the practical application of those functions to complex business situations.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and research capabilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize competing work demands, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred / Valuable Background
- Experience supporting a small office environment with multiple functional groups and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated teamwork, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Exposure to project coordination or project management activities.
Schedule
- Work Model: Onsite.
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Overtime: Minimal, up to 2 hours per week.
Location: Cottonwood, AZ 86326. Contract Length: 12 months with possibility of extension.
