Supplier Development Lead (Remote - Residing in the within the Midwest, USA area)

Responsibilities

• Drive improvement of on-time delivery and quality performance at suppliers
• Develop and implement quality improvement plans, managing root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Lead onsite assessments alongside Buyers, Quality, and Engineering teams to enhance supplier performance
• Remove barriers to Continuous Improvement for suppliers to optimize delivery and quality schedules
• Evaluate supplier performance, applying sustainable measures for improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field with 8 years of experience in Operations, Quality, and/or Continuous Improvement; or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience
• U.S. Citizenship required to access program-specific information
• Resident within the Midwest USA area
• Experience in project management and problem-solving
• Proficient in leading and sustaining change within supplier operations
