Responsibilities
- Perform supplier capability assessments through the SHA
- Engage suppliers to complete diagnosis in the Gemba and create gap closure plans
- Conduct weekly on-site training and coaching at suppliers' locations
- Establish and track leading performance indicators on-site
- Intervene to resolve delivery or quality issues as required
- Lead Continuous Improvement events at supplier locations
- Travel up to 80% of the time within New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field with 8 years of experience in Operations, Quality, or Continuous Improvement
- Or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience
- U.S. citizenship required for access to program-related information
- Must reside in New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania
