Supplier Development Lead, Engineered Items (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate supplier containment actions with Operations and Quality
• Conduct assessments and lead supplier development efforts aligned with strategic needs
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate supplier progress and recovery
• Develop structured improvement plans and track supplier readiness for new programs
• Facilitate smooth supplier transitions and sustainment of performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience or Master’s with 5 years
• Mandatory travel to supplier sites (50% required)
• Experience in supplier recovery and transitions preferred
• Proficiency in RCCA methods and project management skills
• Background in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain management
