Position Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide financial system support in all system-related functions including organizational management, personnel administration, structural authorizations, training, time and attendance, master data maintenance, interfaces and reporting.
- Lead modules with control and responsibility for prioritization of work efforts performed by the contract team(s).
- Perform research tasks to obtain a variety of cost, schedule, performance data and conducts analyses to derive relationships among system parameters, schedule variations, and costs.
- Recommend procedures for preparing, documenting, validating, and presenting resources requirements to higher authority.
- Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
- Negotiate and assign subordinates to project teams as required based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the skills of employees.
Pay
Minimum Salary: $121,785
Maximum Salary: $187,093
