About the role

The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is seeking a Supervisory Program Analyst (NH-0343-04) to support Depot Maintenance, Global Supply Chain Management, and Life Cycle Management missions at the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex.

Responsibilities

  • Provides management and operational support for information systems used in support of Depot Maintenance, Global Supply Chain Management and Life Cycle Management missions.
  • Manages requirements, program management, requirements consolidation, testing, integration, configuration management, quality assurance, implementation planning, systems/functional process reviews, information assurance/security, FISMA/DIACAP program management, and customer support for AFMC Command level systems and local site-unique mission critical applications.
  • Supports software development lifecycle for 148 applications with over 9.5 million lines of source code, along with Oracle and MS-SQL database management activities for 185 database servers supporting 562 database instances with over 1.12 million database objects.
  • Supports IBM (Cognos) Business Intelligence for 6 dedicated Cognos servers supporting approximately 385 Cognos reports for Depot Maintenance and Supply Chain Management customers.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA)

  • Knowledge of logistics management principles, concepts, policies, and laws;
  • Knowledge of safety, security, personnel management, and EEO regulations, practices, and procedures;
  • Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions of an organization;
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and translate complex information, make appropriate judgments, and evaluate options;
  • Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources.

Pay

2026 Salary Range ($125,776 - $192,331) yearly w/ locality
