SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST
Duties Summary
You will serve as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Requirements
- Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector supervising a team responsible for manpower, position management, or command staffing functions, including planning work, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, providing guidance, and handling personnel actions (e.g., hiring, training, disciplinary actions, awards).
- Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Providing expert advice, recommendations, and information on manpower management, position management, and command staffing to various levels of leadership within an organization;
- Demonstrating knowledge and experience with HR policies, regulations, and systems relevant to manpower and position;
- Analyzing and evaluating manpower data, identifying issues, and developing solutions to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness in staffing and resource allocation;
- Preparing and delivering briefings, reports, and recommendations to senior civilian and Military leadership on complex manpower and position management issues.
