Supervisory Industrial Specialist

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• Assign work to subordinates based on priorities, difficulty, and employee capabilities.
• Establish long-term task priorities, determine work procedures and methods, and guide employee work.
• Evaluate work performance of subordinates and recommend official performance ratings.
• Motivate employees and/or supervisors under your leadership to perform and lead the work unit(s) through developing organizational objectives.
• Complete and/or approve timekeeping documents, leave requests, training requests, travel orders, and miscellaneous forms related to workplace safety, on-the-job injuries, security-related access and clearance issues, etc.
