Job Details The Supervisor is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high quality service levels, maintaining proper supply levels, adhering to company policies, and assisting to provide a safe working environment. This person acts as a liaison between clients and managers when the manager is not present. This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service. Job Responsibilities Encourages, redirects, corrects, and documents employee performance as appropriateDirect supervision of all shift personnel through leading, guiding and mentoringProvide feedback on performance of individuals and discipline as necessary Ensure that all workload is completed in a timely, efficient manner Communicate any issues and concerns between management and employeesLook for opportunities to improve policies and proceduresUse the proprietary system to enter transactions and track activitiesInvestigate and resolve part transfer discrepancies and maintain metrics.Perform audits as neededInteract with other departments to ensure all product issues are correct before shipmentMaintain a safe work environment and immediately report any safety risks or hazardsMonitor building security, facilitate any site-specific safety protocolFacilitates inspections to assure performance of quality standards and Scope of WorkConduct hiring interviews as neededComplete other duties as assigned Job Requirements Skills and AbilitiesMust be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver's license and clean MVRMust have reliable transportationAbility to work with little supervision and maintain a high-level of performanceCustomer-oriented and friendly, works well with a diverse teamPossesses excellent verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to attend training related to industry practices and proceduresEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma or GEDSome computer skills are requiredSome experience with performing administrative tasks is requiredPhysical RequirementsStand and walk for long periods of timeRepeat the same movementsFrequent bending and twistingAble to lift, push & pull 50lbsAble to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Details Full Time 1st Shift 1st Shift- Monday- Friday + Weekend available 6a-2p$18.00/hrFull benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), STD, LTDPTO/HolidaysCompany cell phone Must pass pre-employment requirements as neededNow offering Daily Pay!
