Roles and Responsibilities
Assist the IE Manager in the Hiring, Training and Development of plant IE’s
- Supervise the plant Industrial Engineers in their day-to-day activities including but not limited to; Line speed, Cycle Checks, Scrolls, Man-Assignments, Standardized Work, Line Balance, Productivity Initiatives
- Support WO activities, Control and Manage Manpower Levels, EHPU, Absentee Analysis target attainment and reporting.
- Accurate and Timely Manpower and Productivity Reporting
- Budget submission on-time as applicable
- SBD / OBD submission, updates and execution
Education
- Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree required, and Industrial Engineering preferred Advanced degree preferred
- Extensive training (Time Study / Standards, Ratings, Ergonomics, Budgets, Throughput, Simulation, Theory of Constraints, Microsoft Tools, Stellantis Industrial Systems (SIS)) Methodologies and WO Domain experience/knowledge preferred
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of Industrial Engineering or related experience
- Plant experience preferred
- Launch experience preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred but not required
