About the role

Warehouse Supervisors oversee critical functions of the distribution network that supports supplying Honda and Acura's dealer body with Automobile, Motorcycle and Power Equipment Parts. The warehouse supervisor position is responsible for handling the distribution centers processes to include receiving inbound freight, stocking, picking, packing, shipping and inventory control functions. The Supervisor is responsible for setting the standard of performance for workgroup associates and manages results based on departmental and business objectives.

Requirements

Minimum Experience: Three years in a job-related field with increasing responsibility; One to three years supervision/leadership experience required in related field; Previous exemplary performance in a job-related field may partially compensate for lack of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency
• Associate’s degree or equivalent job-related experience

Skills

• Knowledge of automobile, motorcycle and power equipment lines is a plus
• Ability to develop associates
• Proven ability to handle projects from creation to completion
