Warehouse, Distribution & Transportation Supervisor

About the role

Warehouse Supervisor overseeing distribution functions supporting dealer parts supply for automobiles, motorcycles, and power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound freight, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control processes.
• Establish performance standards for team members and ensure departmental and business objectives are met.
• Production planning, staffing and development, quality control, operational efficiency, and facility equipment management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years in a related field with increasing responsibilities; one to three years of supervisory experience required.
• Proven project management skills; knowledge of automotive lines advantageous.
• Strong leadership and employee development abilities essential.
• Ability to handle projects from inception to completion, develop associates, and improve operational efficiency.
• Previous exemplary performance may compensate for supervisory experience gaps.

Work Environment

100% onsite, second shift, at a Parts Center location.
