Warehouse, Distribution & Transportation Supervisor

About the role

Warehouse Supervisor overseeing distribution functions supporting dealer networks for automobile, motorcycle, and power equipment parts.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound freight, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control processes.
• Set performance standards and lead workgroup associates to meet departmental and business objectives.
• Coordinate production planning, scheduling, staffing, quality control, operational efficiency, and employee relations.
• Ensure facility equipment is maintained and operational.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
• At least three years in a related field with increasing responsibility.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required; exemplary performance in related roles may substitute.
• Ability to manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Knowledge of automotive, motorcycle, or power equipment lines is a plus; strong team development skills.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills essential for success in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
