About the role
Warehouse Supervisors oversee critical functions of the distribution network that supports supplying Honda and Acura's dealer body with Automobile, Motorcycle, and Power Equipment Parts. The warehouse supervisor is responsible for handling distribution center processes including receiving inbound freight, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control functions. The Supervisor sets the standard of performance for workgroup associates and manages results based on departmental and business objectives.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency
- Associate’s degree or equivalent job-related experience
- Three plus years in a job-related field with increasing responsibility
- One to three years supervision/leadership experience required in a related field
- Previous exemplary performance in a job-related field may partially compensate for lack of supervisory experience
