Warehouse, Distribution & Transportation Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees key functions within the distribution network, supporting the supply of parts for automobiles, motorcycles, and power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Managing processes such as receiving inbound freight, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Setting performance standards for workgroup associates and ensuring results align with departmental and business objectives.
• Leading production planning, scheduling, staffing, and development efforts.
• Maintaining quality control, operational efficiency, and productivity.
• Fostering employee relations and managing facility equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E. equivalent; associate’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
• At least three years in a related field with increasing responsibility; supervision/leadership experience required.
• Ability to manage projects from inception to completion; knowledge of automotive, motorcycle, or power equipment lines is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop associates.
