Essential Job Functions

  • Oversight of daily operations of the Therapy PSR department and OT Coordinator team.
  • Recruitment, hiring, coaching, training, and development of employees.
  • Scheduling needs of the Therapy PSR department, performing as a PSR when necessary, and sending out weekly schedules.
  • Engagement of employees through meetings and one-on-one sessions.
  • Resolution of patient issues, complaints, and concerns.
  • Supervision of daily shift processes, adherence to standard operating procedures, and maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
  • Coordination with other departments and participation in community functions.
  • Development of staff towards career advancement opportunities.
  • Attendance and facilitation of staff meetings.
  • Management of schedules, supplies, and maintenance services.
  • Creation of a positive team culture.
  • Occasional participation in community functions related to TCO outreach events.

Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree and applicable experience preferred. Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
