Supervisor, Therapy Operations - Twin Cities Orthopedics

Essential Job Functions

• Oversight of daily operations of the Therapy PSR department and OT Coordinator team (as applicable)
• Ensuring excellent patient service and delivery of care
• Partnering with Therapy Operations Manager and Therapy Manager/Director to recruit, hire, coach, train, and develop employees
• Anticipating and managing scheduling needs of the Therapy PSR department
• Engaging employees through frequent, timely, and appropriate communications
• Resolving patient issues, complaints, and concerns
• Supervising daily shift process and adherence to standard operating procedures
• Building and coordinating relationships with other departments
• Growing talent and developing staff towards career advancement
• Attending and summarizing staff meetings
• Maintaining and managing schedules and supplies
• Participating in community functions related to TCO outreach events

Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree and applicable experience preferred. Preferred minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
