Essential Job Functions

  • Oversight of daily operations of the Therapy PSR department and OT Coordinator team.
  • Recruitment, hiring, coaching, training, and development of employees.
  • Scheduling and managing the PSR role when necessary.
  • Engaging employees through regular meetings and one-on-one sessions.
  • Conducting annual reviews and discussing compensation with staff.
  • Resolving patient issues, complaints, and concerns promptly.
  • Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and maintaining a positive team culture.
  • Coordinating with other departments and participating in community functions.
  • Managing supplies and coordinating maintenance services.
  • Creating a positive team culture by engaging and promoting Be The Difference.

Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree and applicable experience preferred. Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Sit for extended periods (up to 8 or more hours per day).
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.
  • Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching within the office environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry office supplies or files weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Visual acuity to read electronic and paper documents.
  • Auditory ability to participate in phone or video calls clearly.
  • Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment (e.g., computer, phone, printer).

  • Logical thinking to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
