Seasonal supervisor positions in the Gift Shop Department at the Saint Louis Zoo for energetic, independent, friendly, responsible, and service-oriented applicants.

Responsibilities

• Open, close, and operate both Gift Shops and Rentals locations
• Run reports and keep stores stocked and clean
• Supervise staff and train them on all Zoo policies and procedures
• Handle customer concerns in a professional manner

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Prior retail and customer service experience
• Experience on a cash register
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
• Weekday, weekend, evening, and holiday availability
• Must pass a criminal background check

Pay

Starts at $17.00 per hour; may increase based on experience and availability.
