About the role

The Market Operations Associate is responsible for the daily management, appearance, inventory, and administrative tasks of multiple campus markets. They ensure markets are fully stocked, clean, operational, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily checks to ensure product freshness and organization.
• Monitor inventory levels and transfer products to reduce waste.
• Maintain cleanliness standards and perform equipment sanitation (e.g., cleaning coffee machines regularly).
• Follow sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Perform weekly inventory counts and place orders with vendors.
• Verify deliveries and review invoices for accuracy.
• Support ordering, inventory management, sales reporting, invoice verification, and delivery receipt processes.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and basic arithmetic ability.
• Knowledge of efficient program operations.
• Ability to understand verbal instructions and complete sanitation training.
• Good interpersonal and stress management skills.
