About the Role

As a Nike Retail Supervisor (Specialist), you will represent the brand by delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will lead by example, support team goals, and create memorable shopping experiences for customers, helping them find their ideal products.

Responsibilities

• Operate registers and process transactions
• Manage stock and inventory
• Build and maintain product displays
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization

Requirements

• At least 18 years old (or appropriate age depending on location)
• Preferred retail or customer service experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, squat, reach, and climb ladders
• Ability to learn product details and use retail technology
• Strong collaboration and authentic customer service skills
