This position collaborates closely with Rehabilitation leadership to maintain consistent care standards and optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of rehabilitation services, ensuring compliance with professional, local, state, national, and Joint Commission standards.
• Provides direct patient care and supervision as needed.
• Assists Rehabilitation leadership in developing operating and capital budgets.
• Focuses on productivity, revenue enhancement, and cost control to meet financial goals.
• Ensures adherence to revenue cycle policies and benchmarks, fostering staff accountability.
• Supports recruitment, hiring, orientation, training, and retention
