Job Summary

The Rehabilitation Supervisor assists in the coordination and management of daily operations within the inpatient departments of the hospital. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring the delivery of quality patient care, and promoting a collaborative work environment. The Rehabilitation Supervisor works closely with Rehab leadership to implement policies and procedures, maintain regulatory compliance, and optimize departmental efficiency.

Experience Required

  • Minimum of two (2) years supervisor/lead experience.
  • Preferred: Three (3) years of experience in licensed discipline desired.

Education Required

  • Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy.

Specialized Skills Required

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in rehabilitation medicine.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.

Licensure Required

  • Current California licensure in professional discipline.

Pay Range

Pay Range: Minimum $110,094 Midpoint $145,870 Maximum $181,626

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
