About the Role
We are hiring a Supervisor/Paid Social to join our One Marketplace team to manage the paid social strategy for key national clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, casual environment and takes pride in mentoring team members and contributing to team success. Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand brand goals and implement social initiatives through paid social media advertising.
- Utilize social platforms natively (Facebook/IG, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat) and within PMD technology for paid social media.
- Oversee day-to-day client operations, manage internal teams, and develop thought leadership and POVs.
- Assist with training and supervising internal teams to ensure best-in-class strategy and execution.
- Translate brand strategy into smart and sound paid social tactics.
- Understand brand and direct response social initiatives, including measurement and tracking capabilities specific to platforms.
- Balance and meet deadlines with strong organizational skills.
Leadership & Mentoring

- Build strong and productive relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
- Maintain a positive and optimistic outlook to contribute to company culture and business growth.
- Lead day-to-day client operations, manage internal teams, and develop POVs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working with paid social media and strategy.
- 1-2+ years of advertising or media agency experience.
- Hands-on experience working directly in social platforms.
- Strong organizational skills to balance tight deadlines and challenges.
- Willingness to problem-solve and find creative solutions.
Pay
Salary range of $75,000–$95,000, commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, and industry tenure.
