About the role
HCA Florida South Tampa Hospital seeks a Supervisor of Food and Nutrition to join their dedicated team. This position involves supervising all patient food service activities and maintaining high standards of food service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise patient tray line, diet office, floor stock, and reprocessing operations.
- Maintain and improve standards of food service.
- Aid in the development and improvement of patient food service procedures.
- Ensure that department areas, equipment, and machinery are set up to meet operational needs.
- Evaluate patient menu selections and adjust according to diet order guidelines and patient preferences.
- Inspect trays for 100% accuracy on tray line.
