About the Role

Under the general direction of the Manager II in the Forensic Service Division (FSD), the incumbent supervises one (1) Supervisor I responsible for the overall management, operational activities and workload of the Incompetent to Stand Trial (IST) Re-Evaluation Program and directly supervise the Program Support Services Unit of the Forensic Services Division.

• Directly supervise the Program Support Services Unit of the Forensic Services Division.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in a related field, including two (2) years of supervisory experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of principles and practices of supervision and management.
• Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other departments, and the public.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree in a related field preferred.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
