Supervisor II
About the role
The Supervisor II position supports the development, implementation, and ongoing operation of the Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment (ISUDT) Program, and other clinical projects related to the care of complex patient populations. They plan, organize, and direct the work of the Clinical Program Development Unit staff, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Supports the development, implementation, and ongoing operation of the ISUDT Program and other clinical projects related to the care of complex patient populations.
- Planner, organizer, and director of the work of the Clinical Program Development Unit staff.
- Ensures the completion of work under critical timelines to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Ensures effective and efficient implementation of the services and programs through active monitoring, communication, and continuous process improvement.

Skills
Must be able to work well under pressure, make sound decisions, make well thought-out recommendations, and work independently in completing assignments and meeting required deadlines. Must be able to accurately articulate and defend Program policies, decisions, and requirements to Departmental management.
