The Program Support Division (PSD) provides program assistance to support CDPH’s mission. The CDPH Richmond Campus is a 29-acre property housing over 1,200 employees in Richmond’s Marina Bay, minutes from the El Cerrito Del Norte and Richmond BART stations. Free shuttle service is available between the campus and the El Cerrito Del Norte BART station. The campus includes offices, laboratories, and a warehouse, with amenities such as free employee parking, complimentary electric vehicle charging, a public transit subsidy of up to $300 per month, and access to an on-site gym.
About the Role
This position supports CDPH’s mission and strategic plan as the Contracts and Facilities Manager I. The incumbent plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Contracts and Facilities Unit, supervising staff responsible for contracts and facilities services. The role operates under the general direction of the Supervisor II of the Richmond Facility Support Unit.

Pay
Classification: Supervisor I
Salary Range: $7,172.00 - $8,910.00 per month
New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable.
This position is subject to the Personal Leave Program (PLP) 2025, which temporarily reduces the monthly base pay by 3% in exchange for 5 hours of leave credits through June 2027. The salary ranges shown do not reflect this reduction.
