About the role
The Supervisor Hearing and Speech at Main Campus Lowder Building provides direct and indirect patient care services and serves as a consultant to medical staff, ancillary staff, and the community. Responsibilities include supervising staff of the audiology and speech-language pathology program.

Requirements
- Working knowledge of pediatric audiology and/or speech language pathology
- Ability to administer and interpret developmentally appropriate, comprehensive evaluations and communicate impressions and recommendations to referral sources and families
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in order to communicate with patients, caregivers, and referral sources
- Positive interpersonal skills and ability to function in an interdisciplinary environment
- Demonstrates leadership qualities; values diversity; is empathetic, supportive, flexible, a creative problem solver and an advocate; and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Projects a strong belief in own ideas and abilities

Qualifications
- Basic Life Support
- Licensed Speech and Language Pathologist
- Masters Degree or Doctorate Degree
- 3 Years job experience as Staff Level with specialization in the field of Audiology-Speech
Skills
- Working knowledge of pediatric audiology and/or speech language pathology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is TBD based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The work schedule is Full-time on the Day Shift, M-F 7:30am-4:00pm; occasional weekends.
