Summary:

We’re looking for a Fulfillment Supervisor to lead warehouse operations and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. This role requires passion for leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily warehouse operations: including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
• Partner with leadership: to execute operational goals and performance metrics
• Monitor workflows: resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery standards
• Coach and develop team members: including performance management
• Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and administrative responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance: with safety, quality, and company standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: to improve operations

What You'll Bring

• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience: in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution operations
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience:
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills:
• Able to manage multiple priorities: in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems:
