Fulfillment Supervisor

About the role

Fulfillment Supervisor position available at Scentbird. Reporting to the Fulfillment Manager, this role oversees all aspects of the fulfillment process, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains fulfillment operations business plans.
• Maintains all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Compiles, stores, and retrieves fulfillment data for reports.
• Improves processes to ensure fulfillment meets organizational needs.
• Maintains safety and quality during manufacturing and fulfillment.
• Determines responsibilities of assigned positions and trains staff.
• Ensures compliance with GMPs, SOPs, company, government, and customer policies.
• Eliminates quality issues and reduces customer complaints.
• Monitors production processes and addresses issues affecting objectives.
• Maintains customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manages all fulfillment activities, including temporary associates.
• Coordinates and evaluates personnel in assigned area.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of Manufacturing, Operations, and fulfillment experience.
• Proven problem-solving ability.
• Strong planning and shop floor scheduling skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.

• Advanced leadership and management skills.
• Solid written/oral communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Collaborative, logical, objective, results-oriented, organized, strong analytical ability.
• Advanced computer skills - proficient with Office suite/Google equivalent applications.
